Written For Us Sinners by Sandra

I sit here alone, tears upon my cheeks...
I've never felt so all alone, locked up in here for weeks...
I fought the urge to pray to God, to help me see the light...
But He found His way into my thoughts, as I lay awake at night...
I fought the urge to pray to God, thought I could do this on my own...
Now that I have failed, I feel so all alone...
I've read about how Jesus' love, changed so many lives...
I have a prickling in my heart, like a hundred little knives...
Let the love of God in, and let the hurt subside...
I ask for strength every day, to trust and do things His way...
I open my mind to the wind, and let my thoughts begin...
I started out my life a pretty good kid, going to church and all...
I grew up and married, thought life should be a ball...
I wasn't all that bad, didn't smoke or drink...
Shouldn't be hard to get back in His grace, or so I used to think...
The crowd I hung out with, came to jail on a regular basis...
Some for misdemeanor' some for felony cases...
I've got this book "Holy Bible", laying on my bed...
I know I should open it, and get some pages read...
I find it hard to let go, of what I've done for years...
I can get better, but it's going to take, prayer and a lot of tears...
Through Jesus' love, God'll cleanse my soul, and I can start to believe...
That my problems that seem so great, are nothing for Him to relieve...
The secret? Trust, Love, Obey, Believe

Where are You? by Carlos

{Translated from December Issue in Spanish}
Dear friends I ask you this question: Spiritually, where are you? It is very important to know where you are. Are you in darkness, living totally lost? Enslaved by the sin and desires of the flesh in which you are inflamed? (Revelation 20:15). It is my desire that you will receive the most beautiful gift of love our heavenly Father can ever give. God is never far away, Jesus is at the door of your heart, and He will come in and eat with you (Revelation 3:20). If you will accept this gift then forsake your sin. Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross, rose from the grave in 3 days, and did this for you, me, and for all. This will liberate you from the enslavement to your sins and take you from darkness to light, truth for life eternal. Make this decision of accepting Jesus as your Savior. Being baptized by the Holy Spirit will place you in the New Jerusalem with your new citizenship in heavenly places (Philippians 3:20) that display His entire splendor. There is no comparison to His glorious grand city where no light is needed, not even the sun or moon - no temple because the Father and Son are its Temple (Revelation 21:21-23).

Do not delay your decision. The Father desires that no one be lost so He is patiently waiting. But soon Jesus Christ will return and time is short. Do not prolong your repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Jesus Christ came to this world to seek and to save the lost-like you and me (Like 19:10). I want you to know that the first person who went to heaven was a criminal hanging on a cross next to Jesus (Luke 23:43). As you know, one of the two criminals crucified with Jesus recognized who Jesus was and the other did not. The one who acknowledged Jesus repented and immediately went into the presence of the Lord. The other one, because of the hardness of his heart, is lost in torment for eternity. I tell you, today is the day of salvation and there is tribulation in this world (2 Corinthians 6:2).

Listen there is no better way to start 2010 than to become a new creation and member of the family of God. Being in Christ Jesus you are a new person (born again), the old is passed away (2 Corinthians 5:17). You can have new life and much more through the healing of God's Holy Word the Bible, the power of the Holy Spirit, and through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). I am thankful that I can encourage you to make a decision for a new life.

Jesus My King by David

You are the Peace in my raging soul
You are the Love, like no other I know.
You are the Happy on a sad sad day
You are the One who leads my Way.
You are the Truth, the Light, and the Word
You are my heart's desire of treasures unheard.
You are the Giver of all these things
You are my Lord Jesus, My Savior, My King.

Testimony by Dennis

When we are in times that are difficult for us, God uses this time to refine our faith. We should, as Christians, believe, in spite of our circumstances. Christ should be our model for obedience to God in the midst of our suffering! As believers we are "aliens and exiles" in this world, because our real home is with God. Always remember that someday, after God judges and destroys all sin, the Kingdom of Heaven will rule every corner of our new earth. This is why our loyalty should always be to God and His way of life. His will for us will be known to you as your faith grows. Another thing to remember is now that you are a believer. You will feel like a stranger in a world that would prefer to ignore God! So peace and love to you my brothers and sisters.

Jesus Heard My Cry by Toney

He heard a cry from my voice, I was tired
of my life of sin so I decided to make a choice.
The choice to surrender my life to the Lord
Oh, I'm going to enjoy this great reward.
The reward of salvation and yes I still thank
Jesus for the chance to turn away from a worldly life.
My life is now the Lords and I give Him all the glory,
I really love this because now I don't have to worry.
Thank You Lord for saving my soul from the serpent,
You have kept me alive and now I'm Your Servant.
It is from You that I have gotten all my strength
and for these blessings I will always give You thanks.
There was a time when I was in need, but Jesus
heard the cry and planted His fruit seed.
And I learned that there is no limit to His fruit tree,
it can be given to you as it was given to me.
One thing's for sure it is never too late if you
keep a life of sin you're bound to meet your fate.
So I tell you now put your trust in Jesus
because I know that He will never leave us.

On Walking by Robert

I walked a mile with Pleasure,
She chatted all the way;
But left me none the wiser
For all she had to say.
I walked a mile with Sorrow,
And ne'er a word said she;
But, oh! The things I learned from her,
When Sorrow walked with me.
