Michael and I just got off the phone with Corey Kugle a minute ago. While we regret to tell you that Kasey & Corey do not feel Trinity is the right fit for them, we are reminded that we have continually been praying for God's will and God's man for this position . . . and in God's time.
While Corey and Kasey love the wonderful people of Trinity, they do not feel they have the passion for equipping leaders for children's ministries that we deserve to have. He recognizes that aspect of the job is of great importance to us and does not feel he could give it the leadership it needs.
So we take a deep breath and say "OK, LORD . . . What now?" The words "Be still and know that I am God" are inscribed before me. So , for a bit, join me in being quiet and SAVORING HIM. He is still our Rock and Shield, our Provider and Shelter, our Guide and Sustainer. He is our God and we will rejoice, knowing He still holds our future. What more could we ask?
